A Carmichael front yard that finally says welcome

This Carmichael front yard started as a lawn that did nothing for the house. We added a new path along the side of the home, planted Japanese maples for structure and fall color, and layered colorful, water-wise planting along the walk.

Path lights and uplighting on the trees make the entry feel welcoming at night and show off the garden from the street.
